Windows8.1RTM出来后激活就成了大家苦恼的问题，微软升级MAK和KMS激活的底层机制导致Win8时候的KMS激活工具全军覆没，MAK密钥也无法使用，所以现在企业版暂时还是无法激活的。不过Win8.1专业版用的是Win8专业零售版的Key，所以激活就不成问题了，只要有零售Key，用Skype打英国的激活电话就行了，这里说下具体步骤。

操作步骤：对着左下角的开始菜单右击，选择命令提示符

也可以先断开网络连接，按Win+X或者右击左下角打开命令提示符（管理员）。

输入slmgr.vbs -ipk KEY回车安装KEY，这里Win8.1专业版使用的是Win8专业版的零售KEY，再输入slui 4回车打开电话激活界面。

国家或地区选择英国，下一步。

记住你的ID，最好敲在记事本上或截个图，也可以用纸条写下来，防止忘掉了，等到打英国电话时要输入这个安装ID的，记住了。

这里拨打激活电话需要挂VPN，地区选英国，然后拨打+448000188354激活电话，具体流程如下：

第一步，准备激活：

获取A-H8组数字后就成功了，结束通话激活Win8.1去吧~

输入刚刚得到的激活ID，点击激活Windows按钮，等待激活。

可以发现，大功告成，Windows8.1系统已经成功激活。最好记住刚刚得到的激活ID下次重装后使用相同的Key电话激活直接输入那组ID就行了。

注意事项：

1. 一开始我用Win8.1自带的Skype拨打，貌似VPN不行，打了几次都失败了，然后朋友用桌面版Skype帮我激活的…
2. Skype for Windows国际版下载：
3. V*P*N*代*理：www.*******.cc
4. 别看都是英文，其实激活并不难的，只要听懂zero-nine就行了…
5. 如果实在不会的话，可以留下9组安装ID，我要是有空的话会帮你激活的。
